pleasant stay with room for improvement

The room was comfortable, with a nice bed that provided a good night's sleep. Staff were attentive and made the check-in process smooth.

While I enjoyed the breakfast, I struggled to find hot water for tea.

Our stay was fantastic, especially visiting the nearby Woburn Safari Park. The kids loved seeing the animals up close, and the hotel made it easy for us with comfortable rooms. Loved the service. when we arrived late, staff ensured dinner was made and brought it to our room!

My kids wished there were more activities for them, like a play area. Although the rooms were decent, some updates would really elevate the family experience.

The bar area and restaurant were lovely, providing a relaxed atmosphere. Service was exceptional, especially during our dinner dance, where the staff worked hard to accommodate everyone. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection, including fresh fruit and a full English breakfast. the room felt tired with signs of wear, including an old mattress that impacted sleep quality. the experience was enjoyable, but the rooms could use an upgrade.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making my stay feel special, and it was fantastic being so close to scenic parks like Woughton Park and the beautiful Willen Lakeside Park, perfect for a lovely stroll and enjoying the greenery. it’s ideal for those who love walking around the city and nearby nature, though the hotel could really use some updating to match the wonderful surroundings.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful bar area and a delicious breakfast buffet during our stay. The hotel offers great relaxation opportunities with a lovely garden space and a cozy lounge area. The only issue was that it got a bit warm in the room at night, but it didn’t ruin our visit at all! 😊

Consider asking for a room away from the bar area if you’re visiting with a family for a quieter atmosphere.

Free parking and clean rooms, but no air conditioning made nights uncomfortably warm.

Enjoyed the well-kept gym and spacious rooms. The pool area was a refreshing bonus!

The Classic Queen room felt a bit dated and could definitely use some updating. It had a comfy vibe, but the bed could be better. It was one of those king beds made from two zipped together, so you could feel the ridge. Everything else worked fine though, so that was a plus. Just wished it was a bit fresher overall.

Spacious rooms and a nice golf course nearby. The mattress was worn out and noisy. Parking available but could use a clean.

More assistance with luggage for seniors would be helpful.

Not Bad for a Family Stay

Hotel had a expansive parking which was nice after a long drive. The staff was incredible, especially Laura. she helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

The bar area offered a lovely spot for a nightcap, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread with a hint of local flavor. Plus, the friendly service made the whole experience feel welcoming.

While the pillows were soft and anti-allergy, I could’ve done with something firmer. the walls were a bit thin, making corridor noises a tad disruptive.
